You deliver your products to our warehouse. We receive them, register expiry dates and LOT (batch) numbers, and place them in the optimal spot in the warehouse for the fastest possible picking.
When your customer orders from your online store, the order automatically appears in our system. We connect to Shopify and other major e-commerce platforms — the connection or API is set up individually for your specific platform, so no manual work is needed once it’s in place.
We pick the order following the FEFO principle, package it professionally with your own materials, and ship it via a trusted courier — DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Omniva, or your national postal service, depending on the destination. The tracking number is sent to the customer automatically.
